1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders received before 2pm will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

We offer the following delivery services across the UK:

Express Delivery (Tracked 24)

  • Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is available to all postcodes within the UK.
  • Cost: £4.19.

Standard Delivery (Tracked 48)

  • Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is available for most UK mainland addresses.
  • Cost: £3.39.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery option selected, the total weight of the order, and the delivery postcode. You can view the exact shipping charges at checkout before confirming your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation:

  • The courier’s name
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your order in real-time

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "My Orders" section.

Please note that delivery times to remote or offshore locations may take slightly longer than standard delivery timelines.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery on the next business day.
  • A note may be left with instructions to either reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot.
  • If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged it may be returned back to us.

7. Delays & Issues Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays.

  • Strikes or courier service disruptions

In such cases, we will do our best to notify you promptly and work towards the fastest possible resolution. If your order is delayed by more than 14 business days please contact our support team for assistance.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Contact us within 14 business days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged package.
  • Provide us with your order number and, in the case of damage, clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  • We will liaise with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

In cases where the courier returns an undelivered package to us due to the following reasons:
